Review of my friend's wedding at VYC last night!
She looked amazing, we had such a nice time.
Her centerpieces were beautiful, they were small (not high off of the table) square vases, with different color pink gerber daisies in them..... so pretty. She made her menu to match, with gerber daisies on it.... it looked so nice.
Her girls wore a light green, with a white sash, and her MOH wore off white with a green sash.
The food was excellent. CH was in the room on the main floor off to the left. There were tables set up outside, as well as inside. I tried the penne alla vodka, and chicken francese, which were both excellent. The room is 1/2 windows from floor to ceiling so, the AC escaped, and we were a tiny bit warm, but, we just went outside!!!
The reception was in the room right next to that, with an amazing view of the water. FH and I both had the filet mignon, and it was excellent, one of my friends had salmon and loved it, and another chicken and loved it.
The dessert was excellent. They had an assortment of chocolates put on each table, and the cake, which was DELICIOUS!!! I'm not sure if she got it from VYC or elsewhere, I'll have to ask her.
All in all, we had a WONDERFUL time, and all of you VYC brides have NOTHING to worry about!!!
