It should be in your contract, and I marked my calendar and put it in my BB with a two week and one week reminder . . . .just in case. But they won't let you forget!

I thought mine would contact me, but they didn't so at the end of the month I called and paid over the phone.

THe dates of my payments are on my contract. My RH doesn't send anything....its up to me to remember. But Im sure if I was late they would let me know right away.

They gave me a payment plan when I booked and I just went there to drop off my second payment, they didn't send anything or call.. I think next month I may just mail it...

yea my RH doesnt send out a bill or make a phone call unless its late (they said at contact signing) - its laid out in the contract - and I just go down and pay it before its due ...

They usually give you a sheet with the list of the payments due and when they are due. Just call them. They are usually willing to extend it a couple of days. I have a sheet and lost it and I was a week late with the payment because my parents are paying and were away. They were understanding.
