Does anyone's RH allow you to visit whether it's to make a payment or show someone the room or anything planning related while another reception is taking place?

Well, when I went for my tasting, there was a wedding going on and I was able to look in the window of the door to the reception room. And when I booked it, they showed us around the whole facility. Hope that helps.

I was able to show my FMIL the place while there was a cocktail hour going on and the reception room was being set up.

we can see it as long as the event hasnt started, once they start they wont show it.... i think thats good cuz i wouldnt want people getting a tour during my reception

We were able to visit my hall, but not see the room if there was an event going on.

yeah. i'd just call first.
ETA: i re-read the question. mine will let me see it BEFORE another event to see it set up, but i couldn't be there DURING someone else's party.

My RH just asked us to call first. They only do one event at a time and don't want people walking in on other people's events. One time, we were travelling from Boston and were on a tight timeline and our BM came out to meet us in the parking lot! LOL
I didn't mind though, because that's what I wanted for our wedding.
I WAS able to look at the rooms and show them to family members on occaisions when nothing else was booked. The staff was very helpful.
