Sorry for crashing but I am thinking about signing a contract with a catering hall and since you guys have already been there... if you could do it over again, what would you have asked for in the contract that you forgot or wished you had asked for? Thanks!

Well some things have been added since we signed the contract - the RH will throw things in (sometimes) as time goes on.
I can only speak for my experience - but really us signing the contract sealed the deal for the minimum amount of people we needed and the date.
Other then that, all other things really could change based on your needs.
We had our menu meeting a month ago and had things added that would normally cost more $$ but were thrown in.
