so this might be a dumb question but sometimes common sense evades me. we've already put down $3k on our hall and have to give a 50% deposit 12/31/07; the rest is due two weeks before. So my question is - 50% of what? does this mean our guest list has to be totally set by 12/31? I told FH this and he didn't think so, but what else do we base it on? I'm trying to figure out how much we'll need and our guest list isn't totally final by any means - I have a rough estimate. what do you guys think? TIA!!!

I think it is usually 50% of your minimum and then once you have the total # you pay the remainder
