our final meeting is the week of tnx goodness and I am sure we will have most things not done

Barb u have a lot done tho. whats left other than the favors?

we had our final meeting about a month before the wedding and then dropped everything off 3 days before the wedding. You shouldn't have to bring the favors and everything with you to the final meeting

not sure if favors are ready or if they have been ordered? im not responsible for them. so i have to make a phone call tomorrow.

i have to order place cards, menus.. im making my own table numbers... i have to buy a fishbowl for the matches.. finish my cardbox(need more rhinestone trim) and finish my bubbles(need more ribbon)

i also have to sanitize the rhinestone trim for the cake. i might put it in the machine i use to sterilize medical instruments at work . lol oh and find a pic of a cake similar to what i want for mine..

drop off everythign at the florist as well ( rhinestone trim, ribbons and feathers)

start tanning

bathroom baskets
favors
signature drinks
place cards/seatng arrangements
sign-in book
cake/server set
card box
toasting flutes

ugh thats a lot.
u cant use RH's place cards and menus?
other things can be done in a few hrs. make a list of all of that and take tomoro to get most done.
I saw a fishbowl at Michaels. just stop by there. or I guess TJMaxx they usually have this stuff
then in the evening u can finish ur card box

dont stress. i think they just want the headcount and final payment now (at least thats how my RH is)

butthey said if we'd have everything by this wednesday, they will take it.

no worries tho. we will drop off other stuff (i just ordered menus today!) sometime next week

Yeah, I would think that you need to bring the favors so they are all good and ready to go....don't stress....it will all get done
