Are you open to a winter month? Sometimes halls lower their minimum for those months.

Also did you try to look into the local hotels or knights of columbus or american legion halls?

Look into the West Sayville Country Club.

Some other Lessings properties also might fit what you're looking for. I am thinking smithtown landing CC and the estate at the three village inn.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

I'm getting married at the Royalton and our minimum is 150. My sister got married at the Village Club at Lake Success and the minimum was 175.
We had looked at Sans Souci and I believe the minimum was 125? Same owners as Stewart Manor. The same for Crestwood Manor out in Northport.

Giorgios in Baiting Hollow is gorgeous and 1 wedding at a time. I was at a friend's wedding in June and am going back again in Sept for another wedding. Both ceremonies are on site, and the facility is absolutely stunning. Cant hurt to call!

I got married at Bellport Country Club on a Sat. night in June. There was no minimum- I set my own at 110.

MattandJess - Sorry! Either the date is booked or there's some other reason for it. Nichelmus - money is not an issue, the places I visited are $85-$200. The biggest issue is meeting the minimum people. And the venues that will take such a small party are the ones that I didn't fall in love with. Thanks sandr325, I didn't think of that!'

The next thing we are going to do is going to look into 'beach' type places and maybe move our date up a little to the warmer months. That's not the vibe I wanted, but I don't know what else to do.

The guest count was my biggest issue with halls. I mostly called halls and my first question would be the minimum guarantee. A lot of places want 150 guarantee for a saturday night. With my expierence, Leonards (where I'm getting married), crest hollow and westbury manor all had a gurantee of 100 people for a friday or sunday, not saturday and they all have multiple affairs at the same time. You can try the North Ritz Club. My friend got married there but I'm not sure how many people you have to guarantee. I wish I could be more of help. Good Luck!

P.S. I forgot to mention, what about The Inn at New Hyde Park and also Floral Terrace. Those are one wedding at a time halls but the guarantees are 150ppl but maybe you can talk them down?

If money isn't an issue, maybe you can ask them to lower your minimum guarantee which might bump the price up a few bucks a head! (I know it worked the opposite way for me...I upped the min. guarantee and lowered my price per head.)

Wow I can't believe you covered all those place, I would be frustrated too! Venues book up so quick! I know you may not wat to but have you considered waiting another year? It would be less stress on you and you would have plenty of time to save the funds for the entire wedding.

If you really want to do 2013, DEF look at The Carltun and Carlyle on the Green. Been to weddings in both places and they are GORGEOUS! Food is amazing too!

i was going to say west sayville country club. i know the royalton is 150, which was high for us. perhaps if theres a place you love, and if money isnt really an issue, you can always pay for the minimum and have less people? for us, we did what we had to do to get the place we love. or perhaps look into a holiday weekend when a friday/sunday wont matter. or just invite literally everyone you know :) best of luck to you!
