RH Help for 2010..

RH Help for 2010..

Hi! I just got engaged and have started to research reception halls. The ones I've come across that I really like so far are Glen Island Harbour Club and Marros in Rye. Does anyone know roughly what the pricing would be in 2010? We haven't set a date yet but are looking at sometime in Jan/Feb of 2010. Thanks!!

welcome to the site and congrats on your engagement i am getting married in april the prices it depends on the day and month the month you are looking for tends to be a bit cheaper but it depends on where you want to get married i would say it will range from 75-100

i second this

but like someone else said, it depends on the time of day and day of week. winter is cheaper, but saturday nights are still around the $100pp mark, of course depending on the place.

I have been to Glen Island and its beautiful! I had a great time at the wedding. I dont know the price range since I did not go there for a quote. I would have but my cousin recently got married there and I wanted to go to a place my family had not gone to yet

Congrats, I think you should pick up the magazine 'wedding sites and services' for the NY region, it shows you a sample menu and price point and it includes many RH's in the Hudson Valley

Glen Island is beautiful! I dont have 2010 quotes but I had an 2008 Saturday in Nov I think it was 165 with tax and grat....Jan/Feb are cheaper usually...so since it is 2 yrs later I would guess 165pp might be in the ballpark....HTH
