RH issues

RH issues

I'm a long distance bride and my FH and I flew home this weekend to visit where we were going to book...well needless to say, we haven't booked anything because the venue was not willing to work with us what so ever.

Now I am stressing about a RH and need as many ideas as possible. A lot of places are booked on my date and I already have my church for that date!

We were hoping to have it in a hotel because we have a lot of OOT guests. If we dont have it in a hotel, we need a RH very close to a hotel.

Any venue suggestions?

where exactly are you? I know that my RH was amazing to work with, so I definitely recommend checking them out if you're near Medford. I mean, they REALLY worked with me pricewise. And i had booked them only a few months before the wedding.

They also do have a motel connected with a discount for your out-of-town guests, as well as a 'honeymoon' suite for you & DH if you don't want to go anywhere else that night.

You can look on my review - i wrote about them there. HTH

My friend got married at the Hamlet Windwatch. The Sheraton is literally right next door...we walked there after the wedding. It is in Hauppague.

Try Fox Hollow, the hotel is right next door....I hear Chateau Briand has a hotel nearby as well. Garden City Hotel?? Kind of pricey but its gorgeous.

Lands' End has a hotel across the street that they own. Depending on what day you book, it can be pricey though. FH was already mentioned...East Wind (out east) has a spa and a hotel right there also.

We got married at Giorgios and they were very easy to work with. They are about 10 mins from a Hotel. We had a lot of oot and it worked out very well. We got a free shuttle from the hotel.

Definitely the Garden City Hotel!!! Let me know if you have any Qs - I'm having my wedding there!!! They also give you a very good deal for room blocking if you are having your wedding there.

Re: RH issues

Don't do Louis XVI!!!! The people at Villa Lombardi will sell you the moon, if they could. Fact is they haven't gone to closing yet and they dont have the capital to finance any projects. I called the owner of Louis XVI.
