RH Overload

RH Overload

Today FH and I went to TImber Point, and we both loved it. tp and Bellport CC are our top two now, but this part is really overwhemling me. Bellport is a little more expensive, but Timberpoints minimum is 140 for a sat night, and we originally made a list with 120, so it would end up not much different in price. Theyre both so beautiful, i LOVE the outdoor reception area at Timberpoint, but the ballroom at Bellport. My head is spinning!!!

Take a deep breath and make a list of the pluses and minuses from each location.

Dont worry just take a second to think things through, you dont have to make a decision at that second (even though it feels like you want to) and just weigh out the pros and cons good luck girlie

There is definitely room to negotiate. I do not know if you are willing to do a Friday night but if you are there probably is a lot more negotiation power (with both the price and the minimum guarantee).

But do not rush. You have plenty of time and do not want to regret such an important decision.

Thanks girls! FH is set on a Sat night. We Probably could get up to 140 for Timberpoint, and Bellport had no minimum. I always feel weird negotiating with them, I guess I'll leave that to FH. lol

I would try to negotiate with TP. I went there when I was looking for RHs and they seemed willing to accommodate. The worse they can say is no.

Definitely negotiate!! Also, take a couple of days to think about it. FH and I kept going back and forth betwen a couple and then we just started realizing how much we loved CLM and kept comparing everything to that, so we knew our decision was made. You probably will find yourself doing the same!!
