RH payments?

RH payments?

This is a silly question but ....FH and I have to make the first payment to our RH...do you mail it or do you have to physically go to the RH?

You could mail it. You don't have to physically go there if you don't want to.

we actually went there, it was kind of exciting. of course signing the check is not, but going and paying makes it feel sooner!

We mail ours in. Our RH told us we had to put our wedding date on the check and the grooms last name. HTH

We recieved a reminder in the mail a month before it was due, and mailed the check long with the bottom half of the letter.

my RH suggested that it be mailed so thats what i did... my next payment is due in may so i'm def going there for that one when all the flowers are in bloom!

you can do either...sometimes if I can't get there I mail it....but usually I drop it off so I know they mark it paid on the contract and also because I get to walk around and see my rooms!!!!

You could mail it. We do since were down here in MD, but you could possibly call in your card, we did that once too.

just a question but, does everyones RH require to pay the total amount before the night of the wedding? The Inn requires 3 payments leading up to the night (which i think is the norm). but then they require that the total balance be paid by cash/check 3 days prior to the wedding. I was under the impression that most places allow you to settle the bill the night of the wedding in case of any problems.

Hi,
We're getting married at the Watermill too. They should have sent you a letter with details about the first paper. In case they didn't, you could mail it in or drop it off in person.
