Just wondering how many people you have to/had to guarantee, how many you invited and how many came?

We had to guarantee 200
Invited 238 people

for us it was true what they say, about 20% of the people we invited said no - but don't count on that, it's not true all of the time!!

We had to gaurantee 170 and invited 209 they said the 170 includes the band and photg. & videog. we have to feed also.
