RH question re: guest count

Hi ladies,

If you do not meet your minimum number fo guests for the RH, generally, will they let your use the money that would have been spent on their food to be used for something else (ex: ice sculpture, uplighting, etc)? I am just curious- I'm hoping I will have plenty of guests, invites will go out in the fall!

I dont think so but it doesnt hurt to ask. They could at least pack up the food for you to take home or open up your guest list and allow singles to bring a guest.

You generally always have to pay for your minimum guarantee. Usually you use your vendors to fill in those empty slots. If you do that and you are still paying for non-existent people, see if the RH will throw anything in for you. Some places will, and if you can get them to go for it! If not, at least see if they will wrap up the unaccounted for dinners for you to take home.
