Has anyone renegotiated their RH contracts after already signing? I was reviewing our contract this past week, and there are a few things that I would like to be different (i.e. food selections at CH, maybe an extra dinner choice). Also, before we signed, our BM said that she would throw in a floating intermezzo for free (palate cleanser between courses). We didn't realize it at first, but this is not in our contract, and I would like it to be because it is usually $4 more per person.
Anyone have experience with renegotiating after contract has already been signed? Was your vendor receptive?

I think they would be willing to throw in the floating intermezzo. Also, they will probably allow you to substitute the veggie dish for something else (if you know you wont have any vegetarians at your wedding). As for the CH food, there may be many different stations to choose from by the time 2013 comes around so I wouldn't worry about it.

Well, the CH station that I'm referring to is not one that we chose....it's the standard food that comes with it, i.e. the crudite, salad, cold cuts....people just don't really put a dent in that stuff....I would rather have something else that would get eaten than see that food go to waste. We'll be choosing our stations in addition to this stuff. I hope they throw the intermezzo in! We are meeting with them this weekend :)
