I had my prom at Swan Club.. which is why I didn't want to go back. I was at that prom with an ex... so no no no.

Fox Hollow is beautiful.

Westbury Manor is very nice but what they were qouting me was ridiculous I thought for an afternoon wedding. Won't say how much but for the price they gave me I could have had an evening wedding at Fox Hollow and still have $10/pp left over for some add on!

really??? i had no idea westbury manor was that pricy...maybe i'll write a review on monday ... i've already seen fox hollow and harbor club...

we actually really liked fox hollow but it was very close to the main road for the ceremony so we're a little concerned about noise from traffic...

I LOVE Westbury Manor. That's where I'm having my reception. My brother got married at Fox Hollow and I wasn't a fan of the room he was in, but the place was nice and the food was good.

I loved all three!! I thought that they all had great prices and they are all beautiful places. We did a food tasting at Cresthollow and the food is unbelieveable--its SOOOO good!

It really just comes down to what your personal taste is--all three are amazing and beautiful but in their own way.

Re: RH Shopping

i'm biased because i'm getting married at WM andI have not been to the other places. WM gives you a lot for your money IMO. I felt they were really willing to work with me and my FH and they made us very comfortable, unlike some of the other RH's i visited. To top it off, the food is delishes and the grounds are stunning.

Wm is right near a main road too. that also bothered me about the Fox Hollow. WM is going to be the priciest of the 3.

Crest Hollow i have to shake my head at. 4 years ago I would have said yes, by all means from the experience i had there. When I went to go look there this past July, you want to talk about factory? 3-4 weddings were going on at the same time so there were people directing traffic as to where each wedding was and such. I had to wait over an hour for my APPOINTMENT and they couldn't show me anything b/c of all the weddings going on. They were a little high in price too.

I do have to say though, I had the best damn iced tea while i was waiting. i would suggest going just to get a glass of it and see what i'm talking about

I have heard very good things about WM and Fox Hollow...I went to Fox Hollow but didnt like the room...However I went to Crest Hollow and IMO i didnt really like it there and I felt that it was a litttle pricey...I think the place needs to be updated

I wouldn't be too concerned about traffic. That is not an insanely busy area.

I agree with Christine that Crest Hollow does need to be updated, I've been to so many events there, never had a problem, service is good, food is ok.

Westbury Manor is beauitful. Of course I am biased towards Fox Hollow though!

I wouldnt be too concerned about the traffic at FH, in fact i really didn't even notice it..

WM is beautiful, except we needed a high guarantee for the room we wanted..
Didn't visit swan club..
Crest Hollow was not my style although i have been to my uncles wedding there and the food and service was good. Honestly i just didnt like the carpets, that was all!

Re: RH Shopping

FH is my favorite WM is second... then CHCC. CHCC was just too 'big' for me... it looked like a hotel lobby. And the rooms were too big for my minimum.... I also disliked the carpets.

I loved my BM Sharon though, she spent a lot of time with us, and was a real sweetheart.

awww you girls are soo helpful!
we saw swan club today and we liked it enough FH likes the camelot CH room and the chapel...but the food can't even come close to fox hollow...we're gonna have a lot to think about....westbury and chcc tomorrow!

Re: RH Shopping

our opinions- WM was the most expensive hall we saw. Fox Hollow we liked alot but when we ate in the resturant our food was horrible.... But I have never been to a wedding there so I have no idea about that food... Also at Foxy our BM was a total *******. We ordered surf and turf and I feel like thats a big thing to mess up. Also you can hear the road loud and clear from the outdoor ceromony. I could actually hear the RD from WM and it's set very far back. We didn't book WM cause FH didn't like the decor. We liked Swan Club and the food is very good, but was limited- we have been to a wedding there and had a great time. The price was so good we could have added on things.

You should get a great price for getting married in April.

WM is amazing... I almost booked there but FH said the one room would be too small.. the 2nd room was perfect but I needed a higher minimum. I really did fall in love with the WM. The peacocks scared the sh** out of me - but I am a big baby - haha. I had Lorenna help me out at WM and she is the sweetest woman ever!!!!! Good Luck!

congrats i am biased towards westbury manor because that's where my reception will be!! I love it there, food is great, ambiance is wonderful and they have a wonderful outside area!...the ceremony site is not close to the traffic at all i've been there way too many times!! it's a gorgeous ceremony site too!!. Westbury Manor might be pricey but you get what you pay for!! and they do help you with the pricing at first it sounds like a lot but they are always soo helpful and willing to work with your budget....our BM was a sweetheart and helped us a lot with the price we are very thankful and no one in another hall made us feel soo comfortable and wanted than our BM at Westbury Manor...overall it's just wonderful and people just keep telling us how wonderful it is whenever we tell them are getting married there
