RH that will hold a small wedding party

We are planning our wedding date and are fingering out where to begin looking with RH's. We are looking to have between 50-65 people, but don't know what RH will hold such a small party. I have called a few and they say minimum is 80.

I need help badly! Any advise will be appreciated.

I am not sure if our RH has a minimum. They allowed us to set our own. Maybe look into them!

Also try Smithtown Landing Country Club and West Sayvile CC

Westbury Manor (for a Saturday night in April) original minimum was only 60 people.

The Hill Room is upstairs you feel like you are the only party going on. I loved it as well as my guests.

Vetro by Russo's on the Bay - I think their room is generally for smaller parties

Lombardi's on the Bay? maybe in an off month they will do 60

Vetro?

Watermill has a smaller room and so does Fox Hollow

not sure on the minimums tho

or maybe look into a thursday wedding? since your wedding is smaller, close family and friends might not mind the thursday

The restaurant at East Wind as a low minimum, and my RH does too, Vina de Villa. Good Luck too you!

I know the big room is a min of 175, but they have two smaller rooms, that look like they would be right around your number....I would give them a call!!!!

I am also having a small wedding, about 40-50 guests and I have not run into any problems. Most places I did call were very accommodating to the size of my party. Here are a few that I found: Villa Russo, Vetro, Roma View, Umbertos on Jericho, Villa Umbertos in Elmont (they have a great affordable menu), Papa Razzi (delicious), Elisa's Restaurant (also very good and awesome prices).

I am not sure what you plan to do but for our wedding, I am not having a DJ. I am just doing a dinner with our immediate family and closest friends. I am not looking to do my wedding in a big wedding hall, since we aren't having a big wedding.

What about the Snapper Inn? I LOVE this place and wanted my rehearsal dinner here but ended up booking it else where because of the inlaws. Seriously, I love my reception hall but sometimes I wish I had looked at other options because the Snapper Inn is gorgeous and right by the water!

I was looking at places for small parties too.. Some bigger RH that claimed their min was 100 or 75 actually worked with me. They might let you have smaller parties on certain dates or at certain times of day or in certain ballrooms, depending on what you want. You really just have to go there and ask.
Some places that definitely said Yes to a smaller party were:

Fox Hollow (the room with glass only.. cant remember the name)
Swan Club
Westbury manor
Glen Cove Mansion
De Severesky Mansion
Chelsea mansion
Coindre Hall
Bourne Mansion

Larkfield Manor in E. Northport. our min was 60 tho they said it's usually 75. this was for Sun nite of Labor Day weekend.

I highly recommend them. Fabulous can't say enough. slideshow in my videolib with pics to give you an idea of the place
