I know Westbury Manor and Swan Club will. Your date says January, if thats really when you are looking to book, these places are not that busy and should be able to easily work with you. Good Luck!

I am also having a small wedding, about 40-50 guests and I have not run into any problems. Most places I did call were very accommodating to the size of my party. Here are a few that I found: Villa Russo, Vetro, Roma View, Umbertos on Jericho, Villa Umbertos in Elmont (they have a great affordable menu), Papa Razzi (delicious), Elisa's Restaurant (also very good and awesome prices).
I am not sure what you plan to do but for our wedding, I am not having a DJ. I am just doing a dinner with our immediate family and closest friends. I am not looking to do my wedding in a big wedding hall, since we aren't having a big wedding.

Try the Rivera...it was beautiful but waaaaay too small for my 200+ guests.
