One of my upgrade options is that as guests enter the cocktail hour, they're greeted with trays of daiquri's and pina coladas. It's only $100 to upgrade but I don't know if it's a waste and if I should use that $100 for a tip or something? What do you ladies think? Should I upgrade? TIA

Are your guests big drinkers? If they are I think for a 100.00 bucks it will go a long way! JMO

We're doing this with champagne and I think it's a really nice touch. At the same time, I think it's kinda silly to pay for liquor when liquor is included at the bar . . . BUT $100 isn't that much. I wish they'd just throw it in for you, can you twist their arm a little lol

my place automatically has that and told me that people can order them at the bar so no, i would not pay extra for that

Yes, we're having an open bar. And they could just order one if they want to~I thought it was a cute touch, but maybe I'll save the $$ or ask them to throw it in...Thanks a lot ladies!!!!

If open bar is included why pay more? Most places pass champagne. Can you ask for the other drinks instead and keep it in the same price? If not, I dont think its worth it.

I honestly would put that money toward some thing else...I'm sure if someone wants to drink that, they can just get it from the bar

honestly, I would use that money for something else. you are already paying all that money to have an open bar, so theres no point IMO
