RH worries...

RH worries...

So FH and I both love or RH and were so excited to book there but I am beginning to have doubts...The few times I have called to speak to someone I get this receptionist who is very unpleasant. I called last week to ask sit down with someone since we are at our 6 month point (big pymnt due) and I need to start figuring out logistics. When I asked her to make an appt she was like ' well you booked already'(even thought I just told her we had and when our date was) and I said 'Yeah but I want to sit with someone.' She was like ' Ummmm well I can have someone call you to answer your questions' and I said 'Is it a problem to book an appointment.' She got a little huffy and said well let me take you name ( I just gave it to her with our date) and number and I will have the BM contact you'. That was WED and no-one has called. When we booked it was with the staff manager and not a BM or event co-ordinator because they weren't there. No one ever called us to follow up on our booking or reached out to introduce themselves. Is this normal or am I being hyper-sensitive...

If I was you, I would just show up one day and not wait for them to call you back to make an appointment!

this!! and tell them that you are ready to cancel because you are so annoyed at their lack of attentiveness.... funny how they were so quick to call you when they wanted your money now its like they dont even care.

You call them up tell the receptionist chick you need to speak to a BM about a payment coming up. They will surely call back. Then when you get BM on the phone u tell them when u first called and why. Tell them with the 6 month coming up, you need to get an idea of what will happen that day, since when u booked, a BM or event coordinator was not available. Maybe the receptionist chick didn't give them the message. If they are still very kinda hands off then I would say something.

Re: RH worries...

seems like this is a problem with lombardis

not the first im hearing of this

and im booked with lob

they change BMs a lot, they rotate them through all of their halls and I think that causes the service to suffer, bc no one really knows who you are

its not normal and its not acceptable

I walked out of my hall two weeks ago bc of their attitude

demand to speak to manager!

That is not cool

Actually, when we met with them I felt shuffled around and I had called and spoken to someone, and then no one could remember what I had actually been looking to have, etc

I would just show up. I really found them unprofessional when I was looking, so I hope they can shape up for you

Can't you email the bm that booked you?
