Ribbon

I went to the garment district yesterday and found the exact ribbon I was searching for! I needed 1/4' navy/white gingham ribbon for my save the date cards. I searched everywhere - Michaels, Patchogue Floral, the web. . . and found it at M & J design on 6th and 38th! They have everything! I recommend it if you need ribbon!

This is kinda not related, but does anyone know where I can find the 'good' tulle for a veil in the city?
Every time I go to Fabric Mill they are out of it

The ribbon I bought was 98 cents/yard - they had varying prices. I saw cheaper ribbon online, but they didn't have what I needed. The store also had tiaras, fringe, crystals, and some fabric. I'm not sure about tulle.

Sure - its 1008 Sixth Ave @ 37th street - have fun! I'm not sure of the ph# but I have it at home and when I called they actually told me they didn't have what I wanted, but I stopped by just to see - and they did - so whoever answers the phone is not reliable!
