I ordered our stuff (wands and personalized ribbon) from myweddingfavors.com
I went to Michael's and bought thinner opposite color ribbon. Cut all the ribbon into 26' strips. I layer the thin ribbon on top of the face down personalized ribbon, put a dab of hot glue in the center of the ribbon. I laid the wand and wrapped the ribbon around it to be sure it was glued all around.
