I was going to make them myself instead of buying them but I can't seem to find the 'wand'
Can anyone help me? I have to do ribbon wands outside the church since my church does not allow petals, bubbles, bird seed, etc.

Re: Ribbon Wands
My coworker did this, they came out sooo nice. She bought wooden dowels and ribbon in her colors from a craft store like AC Moore. She spray painted the wooden dowel silver and hot glued the ribbon around the dowel... she also attached a cute note to it that said something like 'wave good wishes to the new mr. & mrs' or something like that, it came out so cute!

Re: Ribbon Wands
I 'made' mine, but from the kit that you buy, so unfortunately I probably can't help.

I actually just bought the ribbon from ebay and then I am getting the dowels from a craft store and then gluing them.

Re: Ribbon Wands
I read on some diy website that you could use chopsticks....but the craft dowels sound like a good idea.
