Ribbon Wands - question

Although I want to use rose petals for myself, my cousin who is getting married in December is still not sure what she'd like to use.

I wanted to suggest the Ribbon Wands, but can anyone suggest a good AND inexpensive place to get them. The wedding is in 3 weeks and with planning my own wedding and the holidays I don't have time to do them (neither does she ) so we'd have to purchase them.

I had bell/ribbon wands that were a DIY project. We actually went to Party City and got drink stirrers, they were really inexpensive!!

Then we spray painted them, some white and some silver to go with our color scheme. Then I put stickers on them that said 'Love' and had hearts on them, to dress them up a little.

Finally we tied on the lilac ribbons, it was so easy!! We attached the bells too (which we got from Target) but you can leave them off.
