Is anyone here buying/making the satin roses to put rice in for after church?
If so, where did you buy them? Also, if you made them, how difficult was it?

I did this...got the roses from JoAnn's and they came in bunches of 5 or 6 for $1.00. They were really easy to assemble...just got some tulle and stuck the rose stem through the center and put rice in and tied with a pretty ribbon. They came out nice.

just make sure your church allows them..
alot dont because its bad for the bird(explodes in their stomachs) and also people slip on the rice... there is an alternative 'heart shaped rice'... thats safe for birds, and disolves with water...
