Tomorrow night, he's going to a steak house with his male Principal and male coworkers (boys night!).....He WON'T eat steak - he HATES IT!!! In the 6 years I know him, he's NEVER taken me to a steakhouse (and I LOVE steak!), but he goes w/ coworkers!?!
So I told him he owes me!
A few minutes later, I called him to see where the heck he was, 'cause he was supposed to come over! He said he was working on a project and needed a little bit. He showed up 20 minutes later, got down on 1 knee, and gave me a 'Will you marry me' sweetheart candy.
He bought a large bag, and went through the ENTIRE thing, pulling out all the 'will you marry me' candies and other ones that 'pertained to our relationship' (i love you, hot stuff, etc.) and stuck 'em in a ziploc.
I'm eating them riiiiight now.
I love goofy sweet.

that is so sweet, god the last time joe did anything romantic was this past summer when he took me on a picnic to the same spot he proposed (it was one year anniversary of being engaged). i could use a little something romantic. maybe he needs to talk to Rich.
