If Royalty is reaing this post (which I am sure they are) the way to get rid of bad reviews is to give good service not bribing brides to takes their post down!
Good customer service (Like what is given by Joe at Camalot) is what gets you new business!

I'm very glad I saw this. We saw royalty at the fox hollow spring showcase last night and I thought I remember hearing they were pretty good (but now that I think about it, maybe i read they were pretty bad). I'm glad you were able to get your deposit back!

THAT'S THE THING, I DON'T REMEMBER IF I TOLD THEM I WAS FROM LIW...GENERALLY I DON'T MENTION LIW BEFORE MEETING WITH ANY VENDORS BECAUSE I DONT WANT THEM TO THINK I'VE READ REVIEWS ABOUT THEM OR HAVE PARTICULAR EXPECTATIONS....AND I AM ALMOST POSITIVE THAT WITH ROYALTY, I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS SENT TO THEM BY MY MOH (WHO ALSO LEFT A DEPOSIT WITH THEM BUT WOUND UP BOOKING WITH JOE AT CAMELOT)!!!!!!!!!!!!.....EITHER WAY, EVEN IF I DID MENTION LIW, I NEVER TOLD ANYONE MY USER NAME, SO THEY DEF HAVE SPIES!!! LOL

IT'S TERRIBLE....AT FIRST I HESITATED PUTTING THEM ON BLAST BECAUSE I CAN SYMPATHIZE WITH HAVING TO RUN A BUSINESS AND BLAH BLAH BLAH, BUT AFTER I THOUGHT ABOUT IT I WAS LIKE WHO AM I KIDDING, OTHER BRIDES AND GROOMS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS JERKY TURKEY BEHAVIOR FROM THEM...NOT SO ROYAL AFTER ALL!

Congrats on the check with Joe.
We went to see Royalty and they were a little less than nice when we met them in the office and seemed bothered to have to show us the cars...if I'm paying all that money, I want to see the condition or the cars before I decide whch one we want... and to top it off they wanted to charge us a travel fee for a pick up in Suffolk... none of the other companies ever mentioned this or thought it was a problem.

I had a similar experience with Royalty. They were recommended to me and I felt unwelcomed and pressured by them. I'm glad I went else where.
We have the freedom of speech and I can't believe they would even ask you take down your post.
