Ridiculous things to say...

I just overheard my mother in law to be say to my fiance 'Why do you need a DJ?' Did she REALLY just say that? What does she think makes a party??? (No she doesn't want a band over the DJ lol)

lol I really don't know why people feel the need to say these things. FFIL didn't understand why we needed an open bar...okay, I do realize that there are other options, but his suggestion was either cash bar or seeing if the hall would let us bring in our own-- mind you, 95% of my guests (his ex wife and his family) are coming in from far out of town...Im talking flights, hotels, etc. I think the least I could do is have some free drinks for them!!

But bottom line, FH and I want an open bar, damn it! THAT'S WHY

This makes me giggle all over again.. I posted this on fb and one of my good friends notified me (jokingly) that she knows how to beatbox if we need the entertainment. omg.. hahahahah
