a lil bored...what kind of ring does everyone have? mine is a square radiant with a custom band, pave on 3 sides and 2 emerald begets on either side of the crown.
eta: for your wedding band, are you planning on getting a matching band to your e-ring or something completely different?

I LOVE my ring! It's a white gold, 6-prong, Marquis center stone with a baguette on each side. I will be getting a wedding band custom made to fit with my e-ring

Yayy love this topic lol. My band will match the setting exactly and is saved in a mold for when we are ready for it!
ETA: That blurry pic kind of annoys me but it's the best I have. It was taken on my camera phone the day we got engaged when it was about 100 degrees and my fingers were soo swollen lol.
mine is princess cut with pave side stones all the way around the sides...and on the front and back there is like floral etching (i don't know how to describe it)....LOVE my ring
edited to add: forgot to say that i will be having my wedding band custom made from the jeweler that fh got the setting from (he got the diamond and setting separately).....i want the band to match exactly bc of all the design on the sides and this jeweler said they have the mold that they can use to make the wedding band.
My e-ring is white gold Center diamond is round with 6 prong on the side I have princess cut diamonds and bangdets half way around, I want my wedding ring to match

Mine is a round center stone in a 4 prong setting with 5 diamonds going down each side of the band and beading in between. I it!!
mine is 8 prong round brilliant cut .. tacori setting . cant really describe it cause its very detailed.. but very thin band ..with tiny diamonds on the side.. hope that sounds right.. lol..they have a matching band but i dont think i want to spend that much. might just get something made.

we went on saturday to look at the wedding band choices. originally FH was getting me a solid plain platinum band but after seeing the shared setting diamond band ring he really liked that one. he also liked the channel setting band ring with diamonds.
My ering is different than the 'norm'...Its three squares (the center one being the largest...and yes I know, 3, i am still getting over it lol) and in each square there are lots of little diamonds. When you look at the ring it looks like i have three huge diamonds in the ring but its actually smaller diamonds in a pattern. I LOVE my ring!! (cont post pictures bc I am at work, but I think they might be in my album)
My wedding band surprisingly matches my ering perfect!! It wasnt custom made of anything!! Its a diamond band (not eternity thought, i dont want that, not for me and what my profession is) The diamonds in the band stop exactly at the same point that the squares on my ering stop. It lines up perfect!!

mine is a round cut stone in a four prong platinum tiffany setting (which just means there is no bridge)

My e-ring is a round brilliant with four bagettes (2 on each side) and 2 smaller rounds (1 on each side) My wedding ring wasn't made to match, but it kinda does. It is a contour shape because the center stone on my e-ring juts out. Also, the round stones kinda match the round stones on my e-ring.

this is almost exactly what my ring looks like its just 4 prongs instead of 6..i havent decided what I want for a wedding band yet
im STILLL looking for a settnig. we just got the stone.(princess cut ) finally found some1 we trust. now this week im going to find the setting. the guy we got the stone from is wayy tooo much $$ for settings. so for that im shopping around.
i think i found what i want. cant wait to post pix when its all done

I'm going to get it done at the same jeweler FH bought my e-ring. Leder's Jewelers in Rockville Centre. I have to get a ring with a notch in it so it can fit right with the marquis stone.

Pics are in my album of both ering and wedding ring. Ering is a thicker band, round solitare with a raised trellis setting. My wedding band is 10 round stones halfway around, channel setting. matches perfectly.
