Mine was appraised by Bunty's Jewelery in Smithtown. They charged me a little under $100 for the process and came back with a great appraisal.

I went to JEWELRY JUDGE in Garden City and he was great. It starts at about $95.00 for any ring the size of .99 then for every carat that is .5 over that is another 25.00. Something like that. But they were great and give you all the paperwork for the insurance right then and there.
