How old is too old to be the ring bearer? My FH's son will be nearly 11 when we get married. Will he be too old?
what about making him a junior GM. That might be better. I guess ask him which he'd prefer
Ask him if he would want to do it. I don't think it's too old if he likes the idea.

good idea. i'll ask him when we get closer to the date. i asked him a few weeks ago and his main concern was how heavy the ring was. LOL
Personally I think 11 is too old for a Ring Bearer. I would either have be a Jr. Groomsman, or a second Jr. Bestman -- have him stand by your FH's side as you all become a family.
