To do it I cut the white material (doubled) to the size I wanted the pillow. On the right side of the pillow top, I arranged the lace and ribbon & pinned it in place. On the right side of the pillow bottom I centered a piece of elastic (covered in the pillow material) and pinned that into place also. Putting the right sides together, sew around the sides of the pillow leaving a 2'-3' opening. Turn the pillow right-side-out and fill with fiberfill (pillow stuffing). Slip stitch the opening closed. VOILA!

This is what mine will look like. FSIL's Aunt is making it exactly the same....
