I heard Chubb Group is the best (and prob most expensive).

I know carolinebr had horrible problems with MetLife and they didn't pay her claim and she had to hire a lawyer.

Mine is with Chubb.... they are amazing. I am also an insurance broker so you know i did my research!!!! Chubb has a special policy exclusively for engagement rings, and then you can add other jewelry to the policy, like your wedding bands!!!

I know I shouldn't admit this, but my ring wasn't that expensive, we got insurance for only $50 a year through Geico - but we live in NJ. They said the ring is covered even if I lose it and you get the appraisal price, not the ring price. Like my ring was appraised at $500 more than he spent.

I used jewelers mutual, you get to replace your engagement ring from your jeweler whether it was mysteriously lost or stolen, etc.

thats the insurance we have as well - def gives peace of mind! i think FH would DIE if something happened and we didnt have insurance on it - not only because of the sentimental value but the monetary value as well! he would DIE!
