Would it be too morbid to have a black and red ring pillow>???
ALSO - any unique suggestions for pillow alternative? FH wants RB to carry rings in on soccer cleat shoe strings -- I'm vetoing that, but open to other thoughts.

how about you get soccer ball fabric and make a ring bearer pillow out of that, and use red ribbon to tie the rings on??

Great idea Heather, then it has all the colors!!!!!!!
My suggestion was going to be a ring teddy. I saw one in the Wedding Center and thought it was too cute, but also thougth my 6yr old RB was too old for a teddy!

If you are nervous about the black pillow, how about a white one with a large red and black sash (colors of your party) around it. I saw one like that and the bows ribbons fell almost to the floor it was so elegant looking

why not do red and white since those are your colrs as well - as for the soccer maybe you can attach a soccer ball to the top of the pillow and either cut it open or put something on it to hold the rings - sort of like a ring box - hope that made sense
