Rivera Brides...

I'll tell you what I remember--I might not have the exact names right, but:

1st course:
Mozzerella/Tomato/Arugula

Salad:
Caesar

Entree:
Prime Rib
Chicken Marsala
Blackened Mahi Mahi
Jumbo Shrimp Stuffed w/ Lobster and Crab


I remember hearing about the Mahi Mahi and Prime Rib all night (REALLY good things)...they were probably the two things that were ordered the most. I had the shrimp and thought it was delicious. Knowing our families and friends, we probably would have done a different dish other than the chicken marsala, but everything else was delicious!

pork chop
flounder stuffed with crab scallops and shrimp



everyone loved everything. DH i got all of them and everthing was one better than the next. dont remember wgat we had for CH but everyone said that was good too

I'm glad to hear the shrimp was delicious because we were thinking of putting that on and that's probably what I was going to order for myself!

FH and I just went for an initial food tasting and these are the choices that were available for us that day:
Chicken Princess
Veal Scallopini
Chateau Briand
Salmon with Dill Sauce

We weren't crazy about the chicken princess (the breast was super thick) or the salmon (not much flavor, but I'm not a big salmon fan). The veal and chateau briand were tasty though.

These are the options we're really interested in and will be requesting to taste these next time around.

Veal Oscar
Prime Rib
Stuffed flounder
Stuffed shrimp
Mahi Mahi
