FH and I just booked Riviera at Massapequa for Friday, 4/10/15!!! Very excited! Also just picked up my dress and waiting for the bridesmaids to try their dresses to order them! Big week!! Very happy it's payday tomorrow! So what do I do next???
congrats! DJ photographer!
Congratsss!! Riviera was one of top contenders! Will be very pretty in spring time.. Def do DJ and Photo next! Congrats!
Congrats!! That is our top contender(actually our only) .I am hoping they still have dates open for next summer if we book there!
The Riviera is my dream location! I saw it for the first time in December of 2012 when we went there to get pricing for my sister's wedding. It was too small to fit all of her guest but I fell in love! It reminds me of Gaston's Tavern from Beauty and the Beast! Great choice!
Congrats! The outside area of Riviera is gorgeous!
Congrats!! We are date twins!! 1 year away!! Definitely photographer/videographer and DJ would be the next two things!
Congrats!
It really has such a great ambience inside with the word, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and the brick... then the water view just totally opens it up and makes it even more charming. It's such a unique place and they offer SOOO much food! 365 days! Only 1 year to go!
We're booked at the Riviera too! 5/22/15!! I was totally in love with the Thatched Cottage, but wouldn't even go look at it because I was scared about their bankruptcy, so we went to see the Riviera (we love the rustic look!) and walked in and gave each other a look that sealed the deal! Another bonus is that our total travel from my mom's and FH's mom's is a total of 3 minutes each to the hall!

Any video/photographer suggestions?? I have a few in mind. I have no idea how this part works, how much the cost is,.so I'm totally a fish out of water. FH knows someone that used to DJ so he knows a handful of people he has referred us to.

I like the idea of one wedding at a time. How much did Riviera quote for Sunday night in april or may?
Congratulations!!! Very big check = ) Definitely start looking in to photographers/videographers, DJ and florists. Enjoy and have fun = )
If you call the Riviera they will give you specific pricing over the phone for the dates you want.
