Any reccomendations for Riviera Maya - adults only all inclusive?? Our TA was convincing us to book the Royal in Playa Del Carmen, but there are so many resorts that we are just not sure where to go! - Excellence Riviera, El Dorado, the royal.
Any input would be great!! thanks!

Re: Riviera Maya Honeymoon
There's tons of water sports. What do you have in mind? You name it they have it. Theres scuba diving, snorkly, jet skiing, swimming with the dolphins, diving and horseback riding on the beach. Mexico has the second largest coral reef in the world, second to Australia. And YES, the beaches are beautiful! Sandy beaches and carribian blue water. Another fan of the Excellence here! DH and I loved it!!! There are some pics in my albums if you want to see. We were considering the El Dorado as well, but I saw pics of it's beach on tripadvisor, and it has huge sandbags all along it's beach to prevent erosion. Just something to consider if it's important to you to have access to a nice beach.

Good choice! We went with them as well....that spa in the center of the resort is part of what sold me! I can't wait to hit that up!

I'm looking into that one as well. When are you going? I'm getting married the day after you. Are you going right after your wedding?
