Do you need to make an appt to go there? Is it TRULY worth going? I know I asked about it the other day, but I'm debating on whether I should go in and check it out.

Re: RK Bridal
I didnt wind up getting my dress there, but I did think it was worth it. They have a ton of dresses there, more then any other place (with all different designers).
You only need to make an appt on Sundays, which is when I went. I had someone helping me as soon as I walked in the door.

You should get an appointment. As far as if it is worth going, all I can say is that they have a huge selection and good prices. I think it would be worth going.

Re: RK Bridal
I went to RK Bridal and wasn't really pleased with the service...
They did have tons of dresses, but looking through every rack with no help is VERY tiring. Needless to say, I didn't get my dress there.

Re: RK Bridal
You can't make appointments on Saturdays. When you get there you just sign in then they assign you someone. I had to wait like 45 minutes for help. But during the week it's quiet. They are very nice but there are a TON of dresses to choose from . But it's a good place to start because you can see all the dresses and get ideas instead of having someone pull out what you think you might like. Good luck!

No you don't need an appointment. It is definitely worthe the trip..they really have a big selection and their prices are good too. I would only suggest NOT going on a Saturday- other than that its great!

Re: RK Bridal
I purchased my BM dresses from there and I was very happy. They have the hugest selection that I have seen every designer that you can think of.
I did the no frills policy where you have to give them the size of the dress and you could take it to get altered elsewhere. This was the easiest for me since 3 of my BM live out of town and they shipped it to everyone. The dresses came in within 2 months of my ordeer. I received a call that they were in and oall of my bridesmaids received the dresses the next day. Talk about quick!!!
I will say that if you are interested in a full service salon, this might not be the place for you. If you are going on the weekend get there early, I would suggest going after work it is much quieter!!! Even if you don't end up buying there you will have a great selection to choose from
Good luck.
Many brides on here have purchased from them.

Re: RK Bridal
I got my Junior Bridesmaid's dress there and they were about $100 cheaper. I suggest you do have an appointment and go as early as possible. I went on a Sunday. You have to know what you want and I suggest have all the girls' measurements. They ship the dresses out if you want (extra charge). The prices vary if you do the measuring or if they do it. Good luck.

Re: RK Bridal
I just was at RK & asked if I needed an appt, was told they only take appts on Sunday.
I def. suggest going during the week if you can. If you go on Sat. w/your girls, you can only try on I think 5-7 dresses at a time, tops, altho MOH snuck a few in to me & if you take all your girls, you supposedly only get 30 min. for EVERYBODY to try their dresses on. But I must admit when I went on a Sat, they bent these rules for me. Also you're not supposed to take pics but once you're in the room you can get away with it.
They do have a HUGE selection & I def. think RK is worth checking out! :) You get more personalized service during the week but overall they have been very helpful to me everytime I went & I haven't bought dresses yet or even put down any $!
Ask for Emily, she's always been great to me, weekends & weekdays!

Re: RK Bridal
Agreee w/ Maysie, try to go during the week much less crowded. I got my dress there and had a good experience, much cheaper than anywhere else. It's true about the service - it's not like the small boutiques, though I thought it was fine, I don't like people up my butt when I'm trying on things. ALso got bms dresses there, too for much cheaper.

Re: RK Bridal
I must have went to RK like 3-4 times when I was looking for my dress. I had all intentions of buying a dress from them because of their prices and I have 2 friends who bought from them and had good experiences. Wound up when I found my dream dress they didn't carry it.
I mostly went on Saturdays and although it was crowded I never had any problems. It is crowded and you may have to wait. Some of the sales people are worse than others and some are very experienced (find Gilda - she is an older woman who worked in a smaller shop for many many years). If you can only go on weekends, try getting the Sunday appointment (I did that and store is much less crowded and works well). If you can go on weekdays (daytime), it is pretty empty. After work it gets crowded too. You do not get a ton of personal attention and it is not the same a sa small shop but it is a great place to see a wide variety of dresses and they let you take pictures!!!
I bought my BM dresses there using no-frills and absolutely no issues. On weekends, I think they have 1/2 limits to the dressing rooms though.
