You need to show up early because they don't take appts, you just put your name on a list when you get there. We got there and were the first people on the list.
My saleswoman, I think her name was Jo (but I am having a dumb day so I can't remember) asked me what I was looking for, answered a couple questions and walked around the racks with me showing me things and letting me pull dresses. Once she had an idea of what I liked she picked a bunch... the last one of which was the one I got!
The prices are great there. It is definitely more of a no-frills place but was still a really good experience

Re: RK Bridal
Personally i did not have the best experiance when i went. Then again i am not the type where i can go around pulling different dresses out of all the ones they had... I also went on a Saturday and felt completly rushed since it was the end of the day...
I know a few girls that got their gowns from there so i really cant say anything bad... just that it was not for me...

for Bridal - amazing! great customer service and amazingly cheap prices! i would definately recommend! For BM - your pretty much on your own! you shop around yourself and no one helps you try anything on. get there early to sign up to be on the list to try dresses on. alterations for BM are just ok, i didn't have a great experience with them
