Has anyone here gotten their BM dresses from RK bridal? If so how's the experience been? All of the dresses I like are above $200 before alterations and I feel bad asking my girls to pay that much.
Also, did they give you prices over the phone or did you have to go in to get them?

they will give you prices over the phone. but honestly, unless you are doing the 'no frills' option i dont think they offer teh best priices
you are better off w a local boutique, a bridal store, or here comes the bridesmaid (only a few blocks from RK and better prices/service)
however...if you are doing no frills, RK has great prices!!

yes. i did no frills. they gave me price over the phone. my experience has been great so far - and the dresses were SO cheap!

I got a BM dress from them 2 or 3 years ago when I was in my cousin's wedding. I went for the 'No Frills' package and saved a decent amount of money. Their customer service is definitely lacking, but that's because it's a wedding warehouse kind of place. I'm not sure if they will give you pricing over the phone, since the bride took care of the legwork, but they are very good about letting you know if they have a sample available. I bet they'd give you pricing over the phone depending on when you called. Call them on their off hours and they should be able to help.

Yes, and you have to come in to pick it up and you're not allowed to try it on there when you pick it up.
ETA: You can also consider ordering from them online. They do price match, but only from their online store.

I was really nervous about ordering through no frills at RK- only bc of the measuring part. Here Comes the Bridesmaid gave me a just as good price if not better and it gave me piece of mind to know they would be measured correctly by them. I would def check them out

I was in a wedding last year and our experience wasn't the greatest with the no frills. Yes the dresses were cheaper, but they came just a few weeks away from the wedding. Plus, the policy is no exchange or refund on the dresses. Our dresses came in and were not the best condition. We called to complain they and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So it was a lesson learned for me when I decided on my own dresses. But I'm sure girls have had pleasant experience with them. Maybe we just had bad luck. If you do choose to go with them, I would suggest to order far in advance just in case. :)
