Anyone have any rants/raves? They have the BM dresses I'm looking at for so much less than other places but that makes me a little worried. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I love RK Bridal. I got my wedding dress there in. They are very helpful, just be prepared to wait.

Agreed...went to RK this weekend for both my dress and bridal party. It is definitely no frills, but the prices can't be beat. You still get the same dress...just without all the attention. Go for it!

I had my bridesmaids order their dresses from RK Bridal. Although I considered getting my gown from them, I chose not to because the customer service was lacking.
My bridesmaids got their Watters & Watters dresses for $70 less than every other place I checked (aside from internet retailers). Save your Bms some money and order from them.
I've ordered from them when I've been in bridal parties and have nothing negative to say.

My BM's got their dresses from RK Bridal. They used the 'no-frills' program. The dresses were less expensive there, they came in even earlier than expected (they actually had them shipped to their homes so they didn't have to go into NYC again). Then they used their own seamstress for the alterations. No complaints here!

I'm using RK for my dress, regular salon. Despite what others have mentioned, their service is far from 'lacking' - they've been wonderful.
I also used the No Frills program for the BM dresses and that too was wonderful. My BMs got their Jim Hjelm dresses, that were $232+ everywhere else, for $176 including tax. And they came in less than three weeks after I ordered them, a total of 5 weeks early! They called to let me know and to say that if I wanted to save the shipping money, they'd gladly hold the dresses until I could get in to pick them up.
I would recommend them a thousand times over.

I just placed my order for my dress and my bms dresses last week. I did shop around and I found a cheaper price for my dress and my bms dresses. I saved around $300 and they saved over $100. So I decided to do the no frills to get the 5% additional savings. Two days later I got an email from RK confirming my order and we will all have our dresses by the first week of June. I thought my dresses would not come until Aug/Sept. I'm so glad it is earlier. One less thing to worry about. What more can I ask for? I have been to RK more than once to try on dresses. The staff was great and they know their stuff. Thus far I have not complaints. They are a reputable store and they are willing to match cheaper prices. I say go for it.

We got dresses for my friends wedding from RK and we had no problems with them. I got my girls dresses at netbride only because they beat the price. I had very good experiences with both places.
My BMs ordered their dresses from RK Bridal and one of them got the 'no frills' thing because she had her own seamstress. I am going with my other girls this weekend for their fittings through RK.
