I was just there a few weeks ago with my bridesmaids. We hadn't looked at dresses yet, but found one that they liked. We went with the full service program-we were in the store so the measuring was easy, and my BMs are in NY so they can pick up the dresses themselves. One thing to note when you're looking at the price difference is RK charges shipping for the No Frills program if the dress is under $300.

it's best to order all the dresses together because then it's obviously over 300 so it's free shipping. and if you know someone in NJ, you can have it shipped there and you don't pay taxes on the dresses.

I spoke to my MOH and she said she got measured, and that they're taking care of alterations and everything like that . She Aslo said that if the dress is not to her liking or if she has any issues, they would get her a brand new dress. She paid an extra $50 or $60 for it which she said was totally worth it bc they take care of everything for her.
