RK Bridal is having a sample sale this Sun May 19 10am-2pm. I'm not sure what exactly a sample sale is. Is this worth going to? I have plans that morning but trying to see if I can move things around to attend. Can you gals provide me with more info on what a sample sale entails? TIA

oooh thats awesome. lol I sample sale is when they sell the samples of past season's dresses in order to make room for new ones. The dresses they sell are the actual dresses that are tried on in the store. So sometimes the dresses are in less than great shape, having been tried on over and over again, but it also means you can get a HUGE deal on the dress, usually at a steep discount of what it would normally cost to order. It's a tough decision. But for brides on a budget, or with a taste more expensive then their budget, a sample sale can be like a gold mine!

Also if you decided to do it, I'd advise to show up early, lol places like that probably get cleaned out pretty quickly.

A sample sale is when you buy the dress that is on the rack- It is the dress that other brides have tried on, and while some can be in pretty good condition, others can be really damaged from being tried on so many times. It is definitely worth going to, especially if you find a dress that looks brand new with no pulls or anything

Thanks for the info. I think I will pass. I'm not too keen on purchasing a dress that has been worn and want defin want my dress new.
