Rolling Pin Bakery Tasting

So over the weekend we picked up our mini cakes to try flavors and ratings were:

Marble with white chocolate mousse (It was good, didnt think the white choc stood out though)

Vanilla with cannoli and choc chips (Same you'd taste anywhere so it was good also)

Red Velvet with cream cheese
( The most disgusting thing I ever tasted and I love red velvet but these people ruined it for me)

Chocolate with raspberry mousse ( Ended up being my FH's and my moms favorite...mine too even though I hate chocolate cake. They both said the raspberry was perfect, I thought it needed a little bit more oopmh)

I'm using the Rolling Pin also (they are who the VYC uses) so thank you for your review! I don't really like dessert, so I'm having FH make all the cake decisions. I'm thinking we'll prob go with cannoli too

Crashing....

I went to the showcase at SLCC a few weeks ago they were there with cupcakes, they tasted stale to me as did the cookies my mom tried. I was sooo disappointed. I'm hoping the cakes taste better and it was just because they were cupcakes. Are you going to try Create-a-cake too? I'd love a heads up on that one as well.

Rolling Pin did my friends cake at East Wind and it was delish though so we'll still do a taste test there before we decide. It was the vanilla with choc pudding.
