Any suggestions for a not-so expensive hotel in Rome? Going for a friend's wedding.

We may be going this summer and I started researching last week but haven't found anything that great and inexpensive yet.

Well, if you don't mind forgoing a private bathroom and clean bed linens, I know of a very nice hostel for $5 a night...
How cool that you get to go to Rome for a wedding!!!
