Earlier today I updated my avatar with a new pic...from my work computer.
Now I am signed on from home and the avatar pic has reverted back to the one from before I changed it. What gives?
All the other pics I added to my albums from work today are still in my albums?
Did you hate the pic of my so badly:?????

I'm not Ron but sometimes you need to hit F5 to refresh your computer.

Thank you...but it didnt work.
It was updated with a different pic all day long...and now its just gone....and scared kitty is back.

Sometimes you need to refresh more than once for the new pic to appear.

OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER, CLICK ON TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS AND THEN:
-clear your history
-delete your cookies
-delete the temporary internet files (and check the little box for offline content)
you'll have to sign back in, but it will definitely change it on your end...
this will also speed up your computer...most people don't delete this stuff and their computers slow way down (especially online).

and if you use AOL, you still have to open Internet Explorer to do this.

are you using aol? aol caches websites thus you may be looking at their cache. if so hold down the ctrl key and press the f5 key. this will force aol to go to the server and not bring up the cache.

I figured this out on my own...I changed my picture one day and it didn't change...well, for job security reasons, I delete all that stuff twice a day...I do it at lunch and at 5. I did it at lunch that day and when I returned and logged on, it had changed...I realized that sometimes, refresh and/orF5 isn't enough.
