Soo my room block is full (24 rooms) with still 3 weeks until the RSVP deadline. I called the hotel to block some more and they are completely sold out.
Should I try and make another block somewhere else and just spread the word about the change to family and friends?

La Quinta in Garden City... you?
Same one! lol I hope I don't need more than 15 because then I'll have to find a second hotel as well. Are you doing anything about transportation for the guests to and from the reception? The one van they give you for 15 guests is a joke and obviously not enough. I can't find an inexpensive one for the rest of the guests.

I'm at La Quinta too and they just told me they are sold out so if I fill up on my room block then they have nothing for me. but she told me to keep in touch with her because some rooms become open after the room block opens up.
