room block question

room block question

When/how will I find out how many rooms of my block have been reserved? The cutoff date is June 10th.

They usually send you email updates...but, you can call and ask at any time! HTH

prob depends on your hotel. . mine emailed me a few times as the cutoff was approaching and then a final after the cut off

I don't think they even asked for my e-mail, and the woman I'm dealing with is, shall I say, a condescending person who I had to call corporate on. If I didn't already have guests who had booked rooms, I would have pulled the contract. I really want to limit my contact with her, but I guess I have no choice here. ..

I would call up to see how many are booked. What hotel did you book with? Im sorry you are having problems with your hotel. I booked with Hilton Garden, encountered numerous problems with them....so I switched to La Quinta.. MUCH happier with them!
