Would anybody be willing to tell me what you were quoted by the hotel per room per night for your room block? I feel the quote I got might be a bit high, but I don't want to knock myself out trying to find something lower if it's just not out there in a decent hotel.
Also, please let me know if the hotel threw anything in for you (room for you and FH, shuttle, etc.). Thank you!

we were originally at $119 but then when we rebooked it was $135. originally included shuttle but new place doesnt. 10 rooms = discounted suite. 20 room nights = free suite both included free breakfast continental style

Hilton garden inn we booked for $139 plus tax, includes shuttle to airport, if 10 rooms are booked our room will be free.

mine is 139 a night, if we book 20 rooms our suite is free..also has a bar inside the hotel. if needed we could have had the shuttle for 400$ but we need so many more guests and didnt want them to wait.

Ours was $145 at Courtyard Marriott. I think it really depends on the time of year.
10+ rooms booked equaled a free shuttle. 15 rooms I believe you got half off the honeymoon suite.

from what i have always heard/ seen on here riverhead hotels book up FAST since there arent that many and a lot of venues out here. plus in the summer the cater to the hamptons crowd. how, i dont know- it's so far!

Yep that is exactly why the price is more expensive than the others on here- I bet the same hotel in January is only $140 or $150 per night. They do the same with all of the Montauk Hotels too in the summer

Did you try the Best Western Bar Harbour by the Riviera? I talked with Marcine and she gave me great rates - $112 per night for double rooms and suites were $143 on Saturday Evening. We did look at the Courtyard near Riviera, but it was a little further than we wanted, the rooms were all non-smoking (which is an issue for some of our out of town guests), and the price was higher.
