i signed the contract for hilton garden inn in ronkonkoma....such a nice hotel!!!! and they can keep the bar open til 2 for only $100 bartender fee!!!!

now i gotta think about transportation... do i do from hotel to church to RH to hotel???

I would def do from RH to hotel.

so my day of should go something like this????

10:00-10:30 ceremony
11:00-12:00 guests can drive back to hotel and get shuttle to RH
12:00- 5:00 reception
5:00- have shuttle go back to hote

I think the idea of allowing people time to get back to the hotel to catch the shuttle is ideal--EVERYBODY can have a good time and not worry about driving drunk.
Can you have a specific time for the shuttle's departure to your RH, or are you just going to have it run constantly? I actually am playing phone stalk with the manager at the Woodbury Inn for this reason. . .

i booked there too danielle. they dont have a shuttle so we booked a bus with coach usa

we have the shuttle arriving at 530 and leaving hotel at 545 taking guests to RH and then taking them back to the hotel after the reception
