room blocks FML

So I just called 3 hotels to get a room block and 2 out of the 3 are all booked W T F Ughh and the 3rd hotel makes you pay if you dont use all the rooms so thats out Sooooo Im like forget it let me just book a room gor FH and myself and nope they are booked or I have to book 2 night W T F is that SO I called angain now im in tears cause where are fh and I going to stay the night of the wedding and I got a room nothing special just a king size bed and it was 299.00

ughh, i'm sorry!

my hotel is like that too - we have to guarantee 6 out of 10 rooms. luckily we have a lot of family and friends from out of town.

where are you getting married? maybe i can help you find some other hotels in the area <3

Im getting marrid at giorgios in baiting hollow which is close to riverhead I called 3 hotels which are the nicest over there

Yea I thought I had time for all that I cant even get room blocks so whoever wants a room has to call and try and get one which is crazy especially since its 300 dollars I started crying and freaking out I even called eastwinds to get a room there for Fh and I for the night and it was 600

it's like hey, if i didn't make these arrangements for you, you'd be paying A LOT MORE!

i'm not really familar with the area, so i don't know how close these are to your venue. i did a google search and these are some that came up:

residence inn
hotel indigo
crowne plaza hotel
holiday inn
hilton garden inn

there's also a bed and breakfast called the farm bed and breakfast.

Wait until my guests hear how much it is... $219/night! that's part of the reason why i didn't book that many rooms.
